We have a strong team here at Idologic. Yes, it is true that both Brock and now Denver, have gone through a somewhat "careful" and perhaps extended interview process. I make no apologies for that. Our approach to business is sober and considered, on many facets.

So when we task Andrew and Doug with the difficult task of extending the Idologic team, the problem they faced was how do you extend an already strong team without diluting it? How do you make a strong team stronger? This task was a hard and challenging task.

However, with the addition of Denver, I can say that Andrew and Doug have succeeded despite the challenges. Denver, is smart, articulate guy who has selflessly helped many in the hosting industry through the medium of the Internet in industry forums. Long before his addition to the Idologic team, he was aware our role in the industry, and our approach to business, and judged us objectively and fairly. I suspect his view of us (based partly upon customer reviews) may have been one of the reasons he ultimately ending up on our team.

His communications remain evidence not only of his technical prowess, but of his ethical approach to business. These two qualifications alone made him a strong candidate for our consideration, but his qualifications didn't stop there. In my private welcome to him, I expressed the idea that any company is only ever as strong as the people that make it up, and I believe that our team has just gotten stronger. Please join with us at Idologic and welcome Denver into the team.
