We realized, however, that our growth required that we needed additional help, and so began a competition to find someone that had the same work ethic, the same dedication to uptime, essentially the same approach that our current staff has. To be honest, we weren’t sure how much success we were going to have finding such a person.

Doug and Andrew spearheaded our efforts to find Brock and after reviewing somewhat stiff competition, it became obvious that Brock was exactly the right fit. His credentials and previous experience, and his ability to communicate his approach to system administration made it clear to us at Idologic, that he was bringing strength to an already strong team.
